Here at 2313 Inc, we describe ourselves as a people helping people business. Whether our company succeeds or not comes down to our team members. So, why would we not do everything in our power to help them prosper in and out of the office? It is with great pleasure that we announce that our efforts have paid off; we have been recognized as one of Metro Detroit’s 2020 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for! This is the fifth time we have received this award and the third time we have hit elite status. Although we appreciate the sentiment, the real reason that we are so happy is that this means that a neutral party has determined that our business practices concerning our people are exemplary!
As we said earlier, this is not the first time that the Best and Brightest team has shined a spotlight on our company. This year, on top of our five wins in the metro Detroit area, it also marks our seventh time receiving national recognition. As a small business, we are thrilled that our team’s work is being applauded on this level!
Recipients of this award are pillars in the metro Detroit community. They are companies, big and small, who have a people-first mentality and recognize the importance of cohesive teamwork. Here at 2313 Inc, from day one, our people are given one-on-one training, have weekly meetings directly with management, and are welcomed into our work family with open arms. We want our company culture to center around our people and their happiness. Why? Because when your team loves coming into work every day, they are better prepared mentally to excel at their job!
